Our Warranty and Return Policy

All returns, warranty inspections, credits, and or exchanges require a return of goods authorization number (RGA) from Independent Hydraulics Inc.

Items will not be accepted by the receiving department unless a RGA number is clearly marked on the outside of  package(s).

All warranty policies are subsequent to the product manufacturers warranty policies and procedures.

Preliminary credits & warranties are due to inspection upon receipt.
